To start the year, I would like to share what my little one has been doing lately and I'm so glad that will be my very first post for this year.
My fantastic two's! =)
Mommy's little genius
Moses turned two years old last year, 4th of November. It seems just like yesterday when he was born and now he's already a toddler.
The birthday boy
Happy 2nd Birthday our dearest Moses...
We celebrated his second birthday at Hong Kong Disneyland
His intellectual development and thinking skills were amazing! At this young age, he knows a lot of words already and had a good vocabulary. For me, talking to him directly had helped strengthen his language skills in which he can pick up new words easily.
Hi there!
I've read that the longer babies breastfeed, the more they achieve in life. They were more intelligent, as breastfeeding helps brains to develop better. I'm so happy that up to now I am still able to breastfeed him.
I admire my son's passion for learning. Moses started learning his ABC's around age one and by around two years old, knows the alphabet fully. He can even specify a word that starts with each letters from A-Z. He is good at phonics and loves to sing the ABC song as well.
My little genius!
With numbers, he can already count from 1-10. He enjoys counting especially when we go up and down the stairs.
My little one can also identify the different shapes. He points at every shape he sees around him like those tiles on the floors, the lights on the ceilings, those hearts and stars he sees everywhere and some other more.
He can also recognized the different colors wherein yellow is his most favorite. :) No wonder he loves Minions and SpongeBob but the character he likes the most is Peppa Pig whom he always loves to watch on TV.
With Peppa's family <3
With Daddy Pig :)
He loves that yellow letter M over there, too! =D
Among his favorite songs are Barney's I Love You Song, Rain Rain Go Away, Ten Little Monkeys, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Row Row Row Your Boat and some other more.
Loves to sing while watching his favorite shows on YouTube
Moses loves books and enjoys looking at pictures. He says the words when she touches the picture and loves it when I read him stories. He likes to watch different learning activities on YouTube which for me had helped broaden his knowledge and awareness. Also having his six years old sister around him had helped him learn a lot more. His big sister enjoys teaching him how to draw and write which he enjoys so much. He will always join her every time his big sister had homeworks to do and both love to dance and sing.
Loves his books and enjoys looking at pictures
Everyday we go to school together to drop and fetch his big sister
One thing I'm amazed about him is his fondness for fruits and vegetables. He knew most of them that when you show him one, he knew what it is. Among them are persimmon, beet, lemon, radish, eggplant and many more. It's just amazing for a two years old to remember the different names of each fruits and vegetables. He loves to play chef and his cooking toys are what he plays most at home. He loves to eat fruits and vegetables, too, and would always say "green, green!" when he sees one on the plate.
Making pizza! ^_^
His favorite toy spot at ToysUrUs
Hi there! I'm Chef Moses... ^_^
My little one is an active thinker with a great amount of knowledge who can easily grasp concepts. He can easily remember those words he hears like when you wash him on the toilet, he will say "finished!", every time he finished eating, he tell you "wash hands!", when he sees a cake he will say "happy birthday!" and a lot more like telling you "hold!" when you're on a taxi or a bus.
He loves selfie, by the way! ^_^
I am thankful that God gave him to me. Such a fun, loving, and sweet child. I love every moment that we spent together. I'm so blessed to be his mom and will always be there to nurture and cultivate his love of learning in God's help.
Thanks be to God!
