I never knew that it was also fun to dress up baby boys like my little one, baby Moses. Actually, I am much enjoying dressing him up more than those days when his elder sister Amber was still a baby.

   Before I had my son, I would have said girls are much fun to dress up, but now, I really have to say baby boys. Making my little one all handsome and look like a wee man is sooo much fun.

With my big Sister, Ate Amber <3

  Last 4th of March, my lil' boy turned 4 months old. Yesterday, just had his developmental check-up and regular vaccines (both second dose for DTAP and Pneumococcal). He also gained a good weight, which is from 5.93kgs last time, now is weighing 7.42kgs. Thanks be to God!

  As he's 4 months old now, we're excited to give him solid foods but we were told by the pedia staff to introduce this when he will be 6 months old and not to be in a hurry so to prevent food allergies. And since I am into exclusive breastfeeding, it is still best to continue feeding him with breast milk alone and wait for 2 more months. That is good as we already tried giving him small portions of food like bananas, biscuits and carrots but he don't like them yet, keep pushing out of his mouth by his tongue. ^_^

  Recent activities for the past few days involves putting his hands on his mouth and frequent thumb sucking, seems he's enjoying his little fingers as if these were in different yummy flavors, yay! Grasps rattle or toys placed on his hands prettily well.

  More controlled body motions, straighten out legs and kicks with greater force. I'm always being kicked every time I change his nappy. Aww!

  He now enjoys exploring his surroundings more, looks intently at human faces, especially my face and that of his Dad. =) Recognizes and visually follows familiar people at distances, turns his head when he hears my voice, watches TV and is enjoying much of it now.

  Mostly I enjoyed was the cooing or vocalizing of different sounds especially when he wakes up in the morning with a smile when he see me, he will start babbling and talking to me as if he was telling me what a wonderful sleep he had. I really enjoy this moment, he will say "maaa", "de" as if he is saying Daddy, "ge", "aaah", "ohh" and many more...

  He had started rolling most of the times too when lying in bed. He always fall down from his pillow so sometimes I really have to tuck him well in there, yay!

  By now, still the same sleeping pattern, sleeps straight through the night for long hours and wakes up like 11:00am or around noon time already. :)

  Lastly for this milestone, baby Moses is starting to develop stranger anxiety as when held with friends, he will sometimes cry and will look out for me or his Dad.

Priceless from top to toes...

  I always tell my baby not to grow up so fast as I am really enjoying his age right now, yay! Really I always feel so blessed and will always be thankful to God for such giving us a happy and healthy baby. Can't ask for more!
