Moses' First Day in Kindergarten

Last Thursday, my little boy had his very first day in Kindergarten. He was so excited, so do I! :)

My Kindergarten Cutie :)

Moses is one of the few students in class whose age is under three years old (he just turned two years and ten months old today, 4th of September).

We were greeted warmly by the school teachers. Actually, it was the same Kindergarten school where his big sister Amber, had attended recently.

We parents were asked to stay inside the room to accompany our children, at the same time attended the orientation. There were a lot of teachers around assisting the kids.

So what was my little boy had been doing during his very first day in class? Busy, busy, busy! :)

Yes, my little boy just like other kids was so busy playing inside the classroom. Kids were allowed to pick up a toy of their choice. Guess what toys Moses picked?

Just quietly seated, playing

I am just happily staring at him while he plays, really my little boy loves cooking just like his Dad. :)

Busy, busy, busy... ^_^

Looking for Mommy :)

I found you Mom! ^_^

After some time of playing, the children were asked then to put back the toys in their proper places and they were then told to line up. Together with us parents, the kids were brought to the bathroom to take care of their toilet needs and do some hand washing.

Afterwards they were brought to the playroom, where they were allowed to play again. They were separated into two groups, the group of boys were assigned to ride on toy cars while the group of girls were brought to the slides section then after some time, they switched places.

Having fun! :)

Here I come...

Hello there!

My little boy enjoyed playing slide together with his new set of friends. He was even quietly lining up before he takes his turn. :)

So proud of my little boy who is lining up! :)

After some time of playing at the playroom, they were asked to go back to their room. The teachers then played games with them.

Moses just participated in the game

Earned a sticker for a great job done! :)

Tea time then followed after playing some games. I was glad to see kids being led by a short prayer first before they eat. All the children enjoyed their snacks (provided by the school daily).

Before the class ended that day, the children even had some singing time.

To add, though there were a few kids crying here and there during that very first day, overall for me, it was a smooth and successful start. Children had fun and of course my little boy, Moses, enjoyed his very first day! :)

Hi there!

I love my school!

Bye for now, see you later again... ^_^

It was another wonderful moment for me to cherish. Just like the other parents, I was given a chance to be with my child during his first day in school. Happy that I was with him during this milestone of his growth development. Thanks be to God!
